August Update

As there are still a few weeks to our next crop I thought it would be nice to set a 'Wycombe Scrappers' Challenge, with a small prize ! All you need do is find a page you like here and Scrap Lift it, it's as easy as that. Entries will be displayed on our 'Wall of Fame' at our next meeting, on Saturday 30th August, and then we can all pick our favourite page.

From this month we are also starting our 'Friday Nighters' and I have booked the hall from 7.00 - 10.00pm and we will see how things go. The first night is Friday 29th August and at the end of the evening we will be able to leave all our stuff out and continue on the Saturday, plus we only need set the hall up once. Just think of all that wonderful cropping time.

Due to rising costs Friday night will be £5 and Saturday £7 BUT if you book both the cost is only £10.00. There will be no concessions for either day.

I have bought a couple more Cricut Carts to add to our collection and will also be starting a monthly hiring system for the Cricut machine and some of the carts. Currently the machine sits in the cupboard at the hall, which is such a waste when regulars can borrow it for the month and use it to their hearts content. There will be a deposit required and the fee will be £10 per month. This will only be available to people who attend regularly and are known to us. The hirer will be responsible for returning to either my home or the hall on the Friday.
